How do I remove the fuel pump in a Ford Contour 2000?

Question:
I have a Ford Contour that is having problems with the fuel pump. I already know where it is and how to get to it, but I need information on taking off the wires, cap, and changing it.

1995 grand -am. I can't get in trunk. Key, remote lever doesn't work,no split back rear seat. Any ideas??

Also don't forget to release fuel pressure, remove fuel pump fuse and crank engine a couple of times and release gas cap.
