Question:
Hello ! First excuse my english, I'm french anyway. I have a 1993 Ford escort diesel 1,8 L. Which doesn't start anymore.
The starter and the battery are OK (they have been tested).
We have tried to push the car, so it could start but that didn't work, so it seems to me that it's an electrical problem. Would you have any idea about the problem ?

You probably have a problem with the glow plug circuit. Check to see if a fuse has blown.

Did you check the glow plugs? They are little heating elements that preheat the cylinders for cold starting. also you can give it a quick shot of starting fluid (ether) through the intake

I can agree with glow plug idea, check your air filter to make sure it's not plugged or maybe air in fuel lines
