Just bought a new car with this feature...just wondered if I should turn it off or just leave it on all the time? Does it ruin the engine or tires if left on all the time?? Thanks for your help :)

Someone I know decided to excersize his constitutional right to disable the stability ctrl system, and the next thing he saw was a concrete barrier in the middle of his car's hood. Leave it on.Leave it on.It will not affect the Motor, Tires, or life of your vehicle in anyway...The only time that it is actually active is in a slip or panic situation..It is a very nice feature to have ,and to be honest it will probably add life to your vehicle...It in that opportune moment might keep you out of the ditch...ha ha
