Mildeow in Car! Help!?

I left my sun roof open last night and just my luck it poured down rain. My car is starting to smell like mildew. So what should i do to prevent it from getting any worse?

Lysol...seriously, it works. Many people use it in their air conditioners to kill the mildew smell as well.

Vacuum the carpet real well, and let it air dry. Then if it still smells. take it to a detail shop and have them shampoo the carpet.

Custom driveshafts?

Air it out and use something like Febreeze on the carpet and seats. Also clean the rubber trim around the sunroof with a non-alcohol/solvent cleaner.

If you have a DE-HUMIDIFIER you can put it inside the car to dry it up quickly.Then a heavy dose of fabreese should do it.Make sure to empty the container on the de-humidifier at least once a day,remember it could take several days to completely dry it out.Good Luck
