If the bulb is burned out, you should just get a screwdriver, unscrew the light cover, remove the bulb and replace it with an identical bulb an auto parts store. Do it in the parking lot. Assuming you own a screwdriver it will cost you approximately $0.75 per bulb and take about 5 minutes.

Don't do it at Jiffy Lube. They don't know what they're doing. Sometimes they forget to change the oil. You don't say if like the bulb is burn't out (thats easy) or the cover is broken? Your Manual should tell you how to change a bulb. Call up junk yards first to see if they have any covers on hand if you want to save a buck or two. It's all bolts and screws then.
