Changing the coolant and brake fluid on BMW 325i?

Question:
Hi Everyone

I have a 97 Daewoo Cielo that keeps blowing the fuel pump fuse?

I was just contacted by my friendly local BMW garage telling me that I needed my coolant and brake fluid changed. And that they were going to charge me £110 to do it. Thats NUTS!!

At which point does fuel freeze?

Can anyone out there please help with some instructions on doing this myself cos I'm definitely not paying that sort of cash for changing fluids in my car.

Brake fluid does absorb moisture. The easiest way to change it is to suck most of it out of the reservoir using a large bulb type kitchen baster. Then, fill with new fluid and bleed the lines well, making sure the fluid level stays up.

The dealerships use a pressure or vacuum system to basically do the same thing.

Also consider changing the power steering fluid out with the baster as well. No bleeding required, just suck out as much as possible and refill.
