You need to be able to make a u-turn both directions without taking your feet off the pegs. Then you need to do the slalom on the bike both directions. Speed is not important and you can go to your local DMV on sundays to practice it. You will need to know where things are on the bike throttle,front and rear brakes, turn signals, clutch, and kill switch. You will als need to know your hand signals, right turn, left turn, slow down.
That is all not too back takes about 10 minutes
