hi I have a pulzar 150cc and was wanting to know if it would be ok to change the piston to that off Karizma 250cc also what would be the long term effect and do I also need to change anything else beside the bore to match my bike to the 250cc piston

to change the pistons to a bigger size, u need to have the jugs bored to the piston size. a 250cc piston wont fit in a 150cc jug.

u are thinking of doing the stage3. before u do the stage3 tho, u should do the stage1 and stage 2 first. stage1: free-er flowing pipes/air cleaner, and recalibrated ecm if the bike is fuel injected, rejetted if carb'ed.

stage2: ported and polished heads on the intake and exhaust, cams geared for either higher torque, or higher performance. stage3: jugs bored oversized, bigger pistons, different rings, lifters, valves, tappets. most also put in a heavier duty clutch so the clutch can handle the increased power.
