I am sorry I don't do everything to required law and manufacturer's specifications, but isn't that what riding is about? Riding is what you feel and how you feel it on the road in a personal interpretation. Not how some test says you are a "buffoon" because I pass cars when I feel I have gone far enough and not when I see their headlights.
