I personally ride a Honda right now but have owned 17 dirt bikes at last count including KTM's. The newer KTM models are excellent bikes. They do cost a little more but not that much and they do come with upgrades that the Japanese bikes don't (better chain, sprockets, bars, grips, etc.) so all in all they are worth the money. As far as how fast they are, all of the big 5 manufacturers are pretty close in raw power. It is the suspension and handling characteristics that set the bikes apart. Generally motocross riders prefer the Japanese bikes, but many woods rider swear by the KTM. Personally I do believe the Japanese bikes have better suspension than KTM.Motorbikes, why do people pull stunts on them??
well all dirtbikes can be fast to some degree.any 125 2 stroke dirtbike will be fast since it has a powerband and surges of power...also the 4 strokes are beginning to b pretty fast these days.all dirtbike companies make at least one bike that is top of the line in speed and power and are meant to race..KTM's are not worth the money...but they are fast..but so are other bikes like the Suzuki Rm-125 and Yamaha's Yz-125.so yes KTM's are fast, but everyother dirtbike brand is tooIf my motorcycle was to get stolen and i owe 10K on it,, will the insurance pay me 10K or less?

if i was you i would stay as far away from a ktm as possible! i had a 2002 ktm 250 sx and had tons of problems out of it i know it was every other weekend we was working on it! but i made a smart move and traded it in on a 2005 honda cr 450f and wow more power and that great sound of a 4-stroke with the same power of a 2-stroke!Where can I buy a used moped or smaller motorcycle in Houston?
i would say yes even though im just an 11 year old girl who rides a thumpstar 125 and a honda xr 50 im gonna say yes but it all just depends on how you ride.if u ride all squirly you might not go so fast cuz u might be on the floor half the time but if u r an experienced racer/rider then ya man totallyMore Questions & Answers ...
