Question:
again, this will be my first bike. and i am 5'6'' 150lb. i sat on VLX today and i could reach the ground pretty comfortably. I see that spirit 750 C2 has almost same seat height as VLX.
I am not sure which one to buy....
will i regret if i buy 600? since it only has 4gear?
or should i go for 750 for my first bike?
new or used?
this bike is going to be my everyday bike. going to work...ect.

i need info on a 1974 kawasaki K 1 125cc?
First what kinda riding are you going to do most... If city riding light to light then the smaller 600 and the 4gears will be a big plus. If you like to take alot of highway rides of long distance the 750 is better.. In the city you shouldn't notice much of a difference. Plus the 750 is heavier than the 600.. remember sometime we end up having to pick them up either the kick stand sinks into the black top or just plain dropped... 5 and 6 hundred pounds...how can i put a newer liquid cooled 250 motor on my 1974 dt 250?
I have driven both bikes many times (Ex mechanic). I'm not sure what the price difference is, but, if you can afford the 750 go for it.The 750 is a more comfortable bike in the long run, and has that little extra power behind it
If you are an experienced rider, you will quickly get bored with the VLX 600, but it is an excellent bike to learn on. The 750, however, is an excellent all around bike. I is great for everything from long highway rides to stop and go city traffic.
evolution engine in a lowrider frame?
We have a 95 VLX that's seen a lot of commuter miles. I've not ridden the Spirit, but I can vouch for the Shadow. I switch off with my Valkyrie, in town. Can anyone tell me how to do a WHEELIE or a STOPPIE on a Bike?
I'd go for the 750, I like the looks a bit more that the 600 & I wouldn't think there is a great deal of power difference to be worried about so the 750.More Questions & Answers ...
