Parts are not hard to find, but you need to be prepared. You first need to get a parts book. You can get microfich online from ebay or you can buy the actual parts program kawasaki dealers use. Go here http://pages.123-reg.co.uk/kawasakipaul-... for more information on that. You can buy the program from the link on this page and that site has many of the parts you need in stock.

Is there a website that lists motorcycles Horsepower?

You will be lost without a parts program as most parts people you deal with are younger than your bike. Some are just too lazy to do the legwork for you. Once you know what part number you need, you will be able to find it. The most difficult part to find may be the diaphram on your petcock. It's for an auto shutoff so you can work around that. You can also replace this with a later model petcock unless you are restoring this to new condition.

Which motocross bike should I get?

When this bike was new there weren't many aftermarket parts for it, so you won't find any now. For the carb, you only need two parts to "rebuild" it unless it has broken or missing parts. The float valve used in your bike was also used on dozens of others including vulcans and eliminators. The part number is 16030-005. You can also use 16030-025. The other part you need is the gasket. You can find these on ebay if your dealer can't get it. It also fits the S2, KH and F6-F7 carbs. Part number is 16019-013.

Which is better for a motorcycle, flat black paint or an acrylic black paint and why?

You may have to shop out of the country to get some of the parts you need, but 99% of the parts are out there. You may wish to sell this bike to a collector and buy something newer.

Go junkyard and learn basic metal work. Or pay somebody that is like a blacksmith or a very well rounded mechanic that also welds and fabricates parts.

Sorry, that bike is over 30 years old and is considered an antique/collectors item. Join a Kawasaki tripple group to see if anyone will sell or know where to get used parts.
Good luck.

Apart from Triumph is there any other British motorcycle manufacturer still in existence?

I would see if there are any used bike shops around your area. I live in California and there are a few shops that have old, used parts for bikes.
