I got to say you kind of do have a tough choice. First off Your going to need a 4x4 utility machine. I would get a big bore machine. Something that is at least 500 cc or bigger. 500 aren't really classed as a big bore now but only a few years ago they were and got the job done. But I personally would go with something bigger. So that leaves us with a few choices. There really isn't a bad machine, you just have to weight out the options, features and prices. I personally would look at a Polaris Sportsman 600-800, Arctic Cat 650, Can-Am Outlander or a Kawisaki Brute Force or Prairie. The only real one I would stay away from is a Honda Rincon. For the fact the machine doesn't have a low range for pulling. They don't suggest using these for any serious work like plowing, dragging etc.

The best bet is to go to the various shops and seeing ig you can take a test drive. If they won't let you at least sit on it to see how it feels to you. One machine might be more comfortable to you over another.
