whats a good brand of motorcycle helmet that has cool graphics, safe, and is full face?
first pull the spark plug and kick it over to check for spark, if the plug is a little fouled it may not spark. if thats ok then most likely your gas is bad. you would need to drain the gas tank and the carb. float bowl and put fresh gas AND oil in. dont use 3 year old oil from off the back garage shelf.i recommend honda oil and ngk spark plugs for hondas
Where can I get a downloadable manual or handbook for a Virago 535?
yes that is true pull the spark plug and seeif you still do have spark and drain all the gas out of the tank and the float bowl. also check your gas lines to. to see if the gas clumped up in the lines.then take your air filter off and spray some either in the carbs you might have some moisture in there from sitting. if your plugs are not foiled then take some either and spray on the plugs also and put them back in. after all of that put the bike back together pull the choke and start kicking it might take about 20 or 30 kicks to start depends on how long it's been sitting and when you do get it to start have fun riding it i know I will and just think I might be the one passing you in the trails so lets go for a ride. good luck.when the pulsar 250cc will hit the road?
just check the spark plug and simple things like the air filter etc. but also old gas can be a major pain in the ***.old gas has a very odd smell if when you check the gas it smells different, just drain the gas or drain the gas if you think that it might be old anyway. your bike could also be flooded. make sure your bike is in nutral and hold the gas wide open while trying to start it. kick start it about 10 times and see if that helps, if its been flooded for a while then the spark plug will be dead also. What was your most memorable motorcycling trip (good or bad)?
After you do the above fluids and if it will not start - may be the battery is weak. Charge it over night - or if you are in a hurry pop start it.(push it up a small hill on a street - pull in the clutch and roll downhill - pop out the clutch at around 15 mph and the rear tire motion turns the motor - like you are kicking it but it works for a longer stroke.

What kind of bike is this? (Link)?
First you check gas and oil and if they are real old or smell of varnish, drain, clean, and then put new QUALITY stuff in. Next make sure battery is charged, even if it's a kickstart. Look in carb to see if there is a lof of goopy gas, or broken parts. Next take off spark plug and check for spark. BEFORE putting spark plug back in, dump maybe a half an ounce of oil down the piston, this will give you good lub. and help your compression. NOW try to start it.More Questions & Answers ...
