What is the best scooter I can buy with approximately 1000 euros (1300 USD) ?

I don't want a second-hand one.. and I found some models like the Rieju TOREO, but I doubt the quality of the product. Please advise me about what scooter I should buy. I live in Europe, but I can buy any scooter here at the normal market price.

Its Indian made but they are running around $2300 and up. You're best bet may be to check local scooter shops in your area or nearby to see if someone is selling one locally. Otherwise shipping to your location will eat up much of your budget. Also contact scooter clubs to see if someone is ready for an upgrade and will sell cheap.
