Softail stalled and won't start with Power Commander.?

Question:
I installed the power commander III USB on my 2006 Softail standard and It work initially. The next day I was out riding and my bike shut down. It will start if I connect the stock wire harness? Anyone run into this issue?

u need the right map installed in the pc if u want the bike to run right. there should be downloadable maps at the power commander website for the bike.

may need to re-map the power commander. I have one on my 06 v-rod but have not had that problem. did you map it or just use the buttons on the front of it. if you just used the buttons hook your lap top to it and map it right and put in all mods. other
