Question:
The plate for the engine number is in perfect condition, it appears never to have been stamped, there is no filing marks or grinding marks on the frame to suggest it has been tampered with. I know it's not stolen as I knew the previous owner. I need these numbers to get a V5 document. Is there any way the bike could have been imported / built and never given numbers ?
