I am in southern part of India, i think the cost comes to Rs.350/- (estimate only)A typical shop will charge an hour. A rebuild kit for the carb should be about $15 and the plugs will cost another $10. Expect to pay about $100 give or take $20. I would suggest learning how to wrench on the work yourself if you have the slightest interest. It really isn't difficult.
On that bike we would charge a half hour labor, plus parts. The plug would be $2.50, assuming no parts for the carb... $32.50 plus tax.

Do the plugs yourself, and maybe after reading the manual, you might feel like tackling the carb yourself!
I would look to spend $100 to $200 once the parts are of there may be more than just a cleaning you need.
