Depends on what you mean by "tough" and which gangs/clubs you're talking about. Street gangs are generally loosely organized. have minimal membership requirements and are made up of kids. I agree with Angelhunt. If I had to chose it would be Motorcycle Clubs. ( Just so you know) Majority of bikers that are in clubs, NOT GANGS. First I would like to say that neither groups are tougher. The biker clubs have evolved over the years to get out of the stigma of being gang-like. And the street gangs have only proved to be run by children that don't have fathers and rely on the gang to raise them. Don't trip, this is my opinion. As motorcycle clubs still in 2006 as we move to 2007 there are still clubs out there that are filled with 1%'ers. These are the crew that are tougher than tough. Mostly comprised of your felons, murderers, etc. They don't give a *uck. So be careful when you drive by a biker and almost cut him off! Or drive in front when you forgot to look. But actually, I agree with some of the earlier posts. Biker clubs are tougher, because they are adults. And to the person that says they have to fight together...nah man, it's not like that.
