Answers:

Where might i be able to get a CDI ECU for my Honda CBR 250RR?

--Make sure all the air is out of the system before removing the fork tubes from the bike. Or else it's gonna make a mess LOL
--Remove the schrader valve (inner core of the valve).

--After filling the forks with oil, be leary of the holes in the fork tubes. You don't want them to leak any oil. Stand them up after you fill them.
--When you re-install the fork tubes on the bike, point the holes in the tubes forward.
--Wet the o-rings with fork oil (to make a good seal).
--Other than that, they're just ordinary forks.

I'm thinking of buying a 50cc Scooter,, which ones should I look at, and which ones should I stay away from ?

The main thing to know is that the air assist (aside from making no real difference- it was a dead-end idea that disappeared quickly)... er, the air assist runs on very low pressure [under 5psi]. You can happily ignore it and just reassemble the forks and ride.

Broken bike?

Adding pressure is difficult: if you use a bicycle pump, it's hard to disconnect the valve without losing the pressure. Using a garage air line is very dangerous because it's so easy to put too much air in: you can hold the gun above the valve on the forks, squeeze the trigger to get the air flowing, and then just *touch* it on the valve on the forks- if you're brave.

I live in Pa., and I am building a chopper out of an old motorcycle. Does any one how to get it inspected?

If you can get a tyre-type gun on an air compressor that allows you to control the pressure, such as a paint gun compressior, that's ideal.

Where I live there is an alternative hearse! For bikers - have you heard of this or something similar?

But I'd be very inclined to ignore it.
