In general, on the average, a moped gives around 70 miles per gallon. A gallon is 3.78 litres. So, you should get around 100 miles per 5 litres.

any body know of any shops that sell size 14 (UK) waterproof motorbike boots?

If I understand the conversion correctly, 5 liters should get you between 90 to 120 miles depending on how you ride. My Honda Elite SA50 would get about 100 miles out of that amount of fuel.

water in a diesel car,oopps?

on my 50cc yamaha vino I got about 100 miles to a tank. But at one hundred miles I had better be sitting at a gas pump. I would generally take it about 85 to 90 miles between fillups but if I did a lot of short trips with low MPH or KPH I wouldn't get quite as good gas mileage.
