Question:
generaly the best qualities and characteristics of each i know the vincent was the 150 bike but aside from that
Answers:
What's the best motorcycle for me?
All have their fans. The Vincent is the best investment for collectors, but the Triumph was probably the most reliable of the bunch. The Norton and the BSA were sporty, for their time, but today are just modest in their performance. If you have the resources to maintain it properly and don't plan to do much hotrodding, go with the Vincent (which was built like a Swiss watch). But keep in mind that any of these machines is at least 40 years old and needs to be babied, loved, and tinkered with. And finding parts will be a real challenge.
That said, they are all beautiful, and worth the effort, if you want a classic machine for tooling around town on.
