I am really a huge fan of Sports bike. But it`s just that i haven`t got a chance to ride one before. I am a middle class boy with not so large income. If even i manage to buy a sports bike, which of them would have a low fuel consumption, give me the looks and yet fulfill the definition of a heavy bike. I know it sounds weird but still if any one has got any idea of what might it be then plzz answer !

These classes are relatively inexpensive, are usually held in 2 or 3 days, and often are sponsored by state motor vehicle departments.Want 2 upgrade exhaust system for a Vulcan 900 Custom (Is a fuel management Fi2000R really needed)?
Here in Wyoming, if you take (and pass) the MSF class, you do not need to complete the motorcycle road test. The class here only costs $15. The best $15 you can spend too.

I'm now going to suggest a starter bike which is quite small, but great for your first riding season. That would be a Kawi Ninja 250. Find a used one preferably as you are going to lay it down a couple of times during your learning curve.
The nice things about the 250 are: It's inexpensive, it's very forgiving for the novice rider, it doesn't have massive amounts of expensive plastic to get broken, parts are easily obtainable, and it's fairly easy to work on. And it holds its value fairly well too, so when you are ready for a larger bike, you can sell the 250 and recover most of your purchase price.
And although the 250 isn't a wimpy bike it won't take off like a 600. It is also small and a larger person may not be happy with its size. If you feel it's just too small a bike for you after checking one out, then maybe the Ninja 500 would be more appropriate for you.

i like sport bikes too. get a cbr 600. they are affordable and they have a good power. but be seriously carful even the 600 will throw you off if you are not careful. do not frive on busy roads or places where you have seen bad drivers. there has been countless accidents with bikers. go to an open curvey road near by, thats where you will have the most fun or the track.

if u have zero miles on the saddle, keeping it under 600cc's will keep u alive long enough to enjoy the 1st season. 600's and up are not rookie friendly. the bigger the cc's the bigger the engine...and that means a more hungry engine, and more than enough power to kill u with the 1st mistake u make on the twisties.How do you open the seat in a 2005 v-max motorcycle to get at the battery,please?
no more than a ninja250 or a 500, or 1 of the so-called 'low power' buell's. the buell's might seem low horsepower, but it wouldnt take much to body slam u to the road and redecorate said road with whats left of ur brain. u'll survive if u always respect the bike. goosin it will just burn more gas. bein easy on the throttle will make it more gas friendly.

Get a CBR600 F2 or F3... 1992-1998 are the model years for those. You can get a used one with some scratches for about $1800, it's good on power but not crazy, it's steel frame, and it's a honda so it will last for ever.More Questions & Answers ...
