Need Suggestions on Unicorn Bike.?

Well between these two, it would be an easy choice for me,
the Enfield Electra. It has better styling, and it's a 500cc bike as opposed to the Enfield Thunderbird which struggles with Japanese wanna-be cruiser styling and only 350cc engine.
If you ' have to have' an Enfield ,I would recommend taking a look at the Enfield Bullet Deluxe , I personally think its a more appealing bike , traditional British bike stying , with chrome accents and a proper 500cc engine.
As far as which is "better" "bike-wise", they are going to have similar build quality or lack of. These bikes are all manufactured in India , as you probably already know, so I wouldn't expect Japanese bike reliability or build quality, but they could be an affordable, different,and fun bike to ride/own if that is your goal.
