don't know what a 50cc sukida is, but most engines are restricted in a couple of ways,exhaust or intake or just a simple screw on the throttle assembly.first check for the screw it is the easiest. if that is not it then take off the head pipe and see if there is a circular piece of metal to restrict the flow out of the head,if so remove . the same can be true on the intake side, remember that if you increase flow on the exhaust sid you may have to rejet your carb.hope that helps
