You could use a second person, a clear plastic container with about an inch of clutch fluid in it, and some clear fish tank air hose.

Have your friend sit in the driver's seat and push and hold on the clutch, then slip the tubing over the clutch line nipple, put the bottom of the hose in the container with clutch fluid, then twist open the nipple with a wrench (careful it's usually soft brass and will strip). Then tighten the nipple back up and tell your friend to let off the clutch and push it down and hold it again, then again you open the nipple back up.

Repeat until no air bubbles come out. Then make sure you've tightened the nipple, pop off the hose and let your friend know they can take their foot off the clutch and get out of your sweet car because they're stinking it up.
