What s&s manifold can i use on my 96 inch motor for a g S&S carb?

no a motorcycle oil has several different properties to it designed for a bike
there are things for the clutch plates and the oil is used in the transmission as well the oil in the tranny is subjected to a incredible amount of shear between the gears
motorcycle oil will be cheaper than the mobil one you are thinkng about using. go to cyclegear.com and find a store near you or go to your dealer

My 2005 yamaha r6 will not start, the display says HI but will not start.?

Personally, I wouldn't see why not. The properties should be the same between regular oil and synthetic. Although, I've never tried it myself. You can always drain the oil if it causes the clutch to slip.

My 43cc mini harley keeps fouling the sparkplug ... how do i correct the problem?

If the Oil has friction inhibitors in it you are asking for trouble. You can find a bunch of answers on the KLR650.net forum and make sure you check your doohickey if you havent.
