The cheapest way is either a taller sprocket on the rear or a smaller for the front, the rear is the better choice as it doesnt bend the chain so tight on itself. The TLRs are geared pretty high stock. Typically 1 tooth on the front is approx equal to 2 1/2 teeth on the rear.
You can have your bike mapped, more free flowing exhaust system, etc how much money do you want to burn?

I would go with a tooth or two to the rear, make sure if youre just going to add a sprocket w/o the chain that it has enough slack to accomodate more teeth.
