I purchased a motorcycle with no title I called CT DMV and they said they show no previous title or reg on the vin# for the bike so how do I get a title to register it,or find out the original owner?

contact the manufacturer to give you the details of the vin. But here in Wyoming you can get an abandoned vehicle title. You must have the VIN inspected by a cop. Then you take a photo of the bike (car) to the county courthouse.

They attempt to contact the previous owner by whatever means they do this. If they fail, you must put an advertisement in the newspaper announcing your intentions of claiming the bike as an abandoned vehicle.
