What is the original bore size for a 96 polaris express 300?

Main reason is better performance. Usually better gas mileage comes along w/ the modification also as a
better "breathing" engine is more efficient. If you do the exhaust have the carb jetted and while you're at it go to a more efficient better "breathing" air filter. The reason these mods return such good performance for small $$$ is that the factory is limited by noise regulations, strict pollution laws, cost per unit, and trying to make the bike fit all of it's target audience. This requires them to compromise where you can pick the exhaust/air fiter combo that suits your needs best. Highly reccomend these simple modifications. Good luck.
