I first started here because I thought I had stumbled on something interesting, and there were people asking questions that I could actually help with my experiences.
Then everthing grew and took off as they always do. I quickly realized that this was just like the old CB radio, with anonymous dickheads, ignorant rejects, and some nice people. I don't bother with the other categories, not even "safety" anymore. To be brutally honest, I come here more for the interaction with a few good people than the questions or anything else. A lot of the questions about newer bikes are beyond me. I don't have experience with anything newer than '86, except for the HD, and I only just started with that. Addicted? Could be. I do this in between maintenance calls at work, helps with the boredom sometimes. Of course, I could always find something else to do, like a government project.
As far as who is who, and what they are, I know. Even when names get changed.

Great question! Addict.sometimes. It helps the day go by faster when I can hop on and see what's going on here. I'm just tired of all the scooter, especially foreign questions.My biggest pet peeve is the "what should my first bike" question. Why don't people look in the "Discover" section! That's what it is there for, because someone has already asked the same question before.
