How do you remove swing arm off a kawasaki kz1100?
before removing the carb...tap the float bowl with the handle of a screwdriver....not too hard..don,t want to dent or distort the bowl....many time,s you can dislodge any thing at the seat....you will know if it stop,s leaking...if not carburetor removal & cleanout will be necessary! You proably dont want to hear this but a leak like that should be checked out by a mechanic thats dangerous!

sounds like your float is sticking and allowing fuel to run out the overflow tube, if so your needle valve is dirty or damaged , you may be able to clean it by removing the carbureator then taking the bowl off of the bottom of the carburerator, remove the pin that holds the float and needle valve and inspect for dirt or wear

float is sticking but if you don't know how to set the carb take it to the shop safety firstIf they maid a scooter say 1000cc would you buy it?
You can cure this by removing the float bowl and bending the float tab so the float sits lower. Put back the bowl. When the gas in the bowl raises the float, it will force down the gas inlet jet further into place to stop the leakage, much like a toilet bowl mechanism. Usually this leakage is a sign of a worn jet washer. You could replace it and get the same or better result, but this requires more carb disassembly.
