If you can show to a potential employer that you are good with bike maintenance & repair, all could be well
Oh, a full UK bike riding licence would be most useful for road testing etc..

I think so long as u can show ur experience they will accept u altho a formal quailifacation would be advantageous. An you would be more likey to get a better position. Otherwise start an aprenticeship.
