there's really no replacement for displacement. u could add the stage1: rejet, free-er flowing pipes and air cleaner, but the end result will be about a 15-20% increase in horsepower.if that. a bike like this is designed to be as economical as possible, and with that, high speed and torque are at the low end of the scale.

You can remove the exhaust and bore out the flange to match the diameter of the pipe, then change the air filter to one with less restriction. Also change the spark plug to one with a higher heat range.(Be aware that this will shorten the plug life, performance comes with a price.) I would do the plug first, as this is the least costly of the changes. You should buy two plugs so you will have a spare when you need it.

First make sure it is properly tuned up and it good working order.
Then, Add an aftermarket exhaust as well as an aftermarket air filter. You can also drill holes in the airbox to allow more airflow. Another thing you can do is a jet kit. Anything else will be way too expensive.
