Where can I find owner's manual and tool kit for '02 Honda Reflex?

I just bought an '02 Honda Reflex 250cc scooter. It's in cherry condition but is missing the owner's manual and the factory tool kit. I have the service manual from HelmInc. publishing co. but would like to know more about features and maintenance.
