Dealer of honda vtwin performance parts?

I would say stay away from the Honda RR I think that the F4I would be a better choice for you. I fyou really want a sport bike I would go with a used GSX-R 600 those bikes are great for learning, But dont get a brand new 1, go with a used 1 first like 2000-04. The GSX-R are very forgiving form the clucth to the brakes and once you get used to leaning on a turn you will be fine, But if u decide to get the F4 or another sport touring bike like the Katana (suzuki) dont go much over 90mph these bikes tend to vibrate and the front tire tends to cause the dreaded handlebar slap. Also be carfull when turning on a sport touring yes you can lean them far over but not as far as on the superbikes like the RR, GSX-R, R6/1, ZX6. Also remeber that the F4 is a bit heavier then the RR or The GSX-R all sport touring bikes will be. Another thing is when riding with your buddies and they have the real sport bikes you will get left in the dust, and that most likley will piss you off and will make you go out and buy a real one anyway. Just stay safe and smart and shop around dont rush into buying anything on short notice get all the info.

Does anyone know of the new ATV place in SC just south of TNT?

It doesn't matter if you're fat & out of shape, it's all about experience and if you have none then stay away from any "R" sportbikes (ZX-6R, GSX-R, R6, R1, etc.).

Anybody know where I can get a front axle holder/clamp for a BMW F650 - New or second hand?

A good one for beginners, although PLENTY fast, is a Suzuki SV650 or SV650S. Very light, nimble, easy to ride, and cheaper than the other sportbikes. They came with fuel injection starting in 2003, and you should be able to pick up a used one for around $4,000-ish.

You may also want to look into the Kawasaki 650R (I believe it's the ER-6n overseas).

CAN or SHOULD I ride a motorcycle?

like noj said...it all comes down to experience. rookies should not start with a bike that has an 'R' in their name...dude, that's a race replica type, and that 1 will get a rookie hurt bad. it seems like he has excellent suggestions for ur first. i ride a cruiser, but i know i just dont have enough experience to just jump on a gsxr of any size and handle it safely.

How do I take out the airbox on a 2001 Honda F4i?

usually, the ninja 250 or 500 is the top 2 suggested bikes for rookies. also look into the buell's up to 500cc's. avoid the firebolt for now, that 1 is a potent literbike...something u cant handle yet.
