Is this a good dirtbike for me??
i’m a proud owner of the Honda Unicorn. i got this bike in Nov 2004. Now after 10 months, i should say the bike is running as smooth as ever. So far i’ve never had any complaints. i’ve
can i run the numbers on the motorcycle i just bought on the web?
rode almost 5000 kms. The bike really keeps up to its Honda brand name.
What is the fastest street legal motorcycle available?
it’s pickup is simply superb. the company says it can go 0-60kmph in 5 sec. but i haven’t gone that far. The monoshock suspension gives excellent stability not to mention the smooth ride. I think this is where Honda beats everyone in the competition. u never feel the vibration even at high speeds. The engine sound is what i like the most. at idle speed, the engine sound is hardly audible. but once u give the throttle, u can hear the distinctive roar of the engine similar to the honda racing bikes.
Kawi KX60 2-Stroke Bogging out when choke is turned off...?
And regardign the mileage, i get 50 kmpl in city which i feel is fairly good for a 150 cc bike. On the flip side, this bike doesn’t have a tripmeter. i also feel the gear shift could have been a bit more smooth. I took this bike from EVM Honda. Their service is very poor. During one service, they hadn’t cleaned the bike properly & i had to ask them to wash it again. Another time during washing, water had entered the carburettor due to their carelessness. Only when i took it for a ride i noticed that the engine was choking due to this. i had to take it back to them again to get the carburettor cleaned.
where do i go to sign up for the occ chopper?
On the whole, this is a very good bike. i would strongly recommend this to anyone looking for a 150 cc bike. my only word of advice is don’t take it from EVM Honda.
Its a good bike if you are looking for the milege and ride comfort.I dont know how someone could answer it as bad after sales service and poor milege....my cousin who is in Bangalore,India, has a 2005 Unicorn bike and he usually gets a milege of 55-58 km/ltr!thats too good in Bangalore which has good traffic jams...!and after sales in a good workshop will always be great...and as long as it is from an authorized service center, you can get back to them for any service related issues..
As for a performance and quality show off vehicle,i would also suggest you CBZ Extreme...The choice is urs..go ahead,Unicorn is a great one and i bet,you will never be bored of this bike.
