--Put in 1st gear.
--Rev up the engine and keep the rpm's high.
--Lean over the gas tank to put weight on the front wheel (helps to prevent popping a wheely and gets weight off the R wheel to prevent it from grabbing the road).
--Hold the front brake and let out the clutch.
--The R wheel will start spinning, then let go of the brake when you're ready.
--Experiment with the rpm's, use of F brake and speed at which you let out the clutch.
--Save the tricks for the track or parking lots. Keep that crap off of public roads. It gives motorcycles and motorcyclists a bad reputation.
--Be prepaired for some bike hater to run you off the road for being a show-off idiot!
--I'd never do that, but there are crazy people out there.
