Will my ct-70 replica be worth money in the future?

I bought a SkyTeam DAX st-125-6 last year. It looks just like a honda ct 70 trail bike except it has a 125cc engine 4 speed clutch and a front disc brake other then that looks like a genuine honda. I put 198 miles on it no problems to speak of. Are these rare? Will it be worth something in the future?

You can't just pick a vehicle and think it's going to be rare. Too man factors determine whether something's rare or not. Generally you have to have a limited number of the bikes left after 20 years and people will need to be nostalgic for the bike. So if you get a limited run bike now, you won't have as many people who are nostalgic about it in later years. You have to get a bike that works very well and everybody rides a lot and then save a good one of those. For example, you could get a 1997 GSXR 750 and kept it in good shape and maybe in another 10 years, you'd get what you paid out of it in that market (in other words, adjusted for inflation). So don't buy something with an idea for collecting it. Buy it and use it.

This bike is not a replica it is a Chinese bike based on the early Honda design and they are not rare nor will they ever compare in value. I wouldn't consider not riding it because you think it might be worth something in the future and you want to keep the mileage down, you would just be missing out on getting to ride it...
