Question:
I'm running 30:1 with premium pump fuel from Shell. I get a lot of white smoke and I get a bunch of black liquid that comes out the exhaust. It will not idle at all, I know they aren't supposed to idle, but mine dies out before I even come to a stop. So if I have to take a slow turn or anything, it stalls, then I have to restart.
1996 LT80 Quad four wheeler tuning question?
I want to know how I know if my air screw is adjusted right, and same for my idle. Then what oil/fuel mixture I should be running. I'm riding trails mainly.

The easiest way is to take it to the dealer and let them do a complete tune up on it.A different method would be to buy a repair manual for that specific make and model.A Chiltons manual is usually best.i recently bought a suzuki gsx -r600 i have never ridden before.?
The idle screw is real simple, just turn it up until it will idle without turning the throttle but the mixture screw is a different story. As new as it is you shouldn't need to mess with it. Didn't you get a manual with it? The manual that comes with these bikes is very detailed with pictures and procedures for all kinds of work necessary to keep it ready to race even including engine rebuilding. If you purchased it used and no manual was provided you should seriously consider getting one (and I'm talking about the factory Yamaha manual and not no Chilton's or Clymer) because these bike need some kind of maintenance before each time you ride as the manual will show you. Also the manual will help you learn just about every thing there is to know about it. They can be purchased from any Yamaha dealer. All the white smoke is from the pre-mix oil. Try mixing it at 40:1 provided it is top quality racing oil...Gear for California motorcycle riding?
Turn the mixture screw in all the way, but be careful, it has a point on it that can flatten out if turned in too far and that will screw the pooch for you from that point forward. Back the screw out 1.5 turns. Turn the idle screw in until it idles. If the bike fails to idle smoothly, and don't let anyone fool you, a properly set up two stroke will idle, then turn the mixture screw in or out a quarter turn at a time until it smoothes out. White smoke *usually* means there is water in your fuel, blue is *usually* oil, black is *usually* fuel. Chances are there is a bluish tint to it that your not seeing. That's one way of knowing your mixture is too rich. Another is the black liquid you refer to, we call that "Spooge".
Has anyone here tried to set up a digicam inside their motorcycle helmet?
Depending upon what oil your using and how you ride the bike, you can go much leaner and still be safe, while gaining performance. I firmly believe in pure synthetics and mix my two strokes at 50:1. On smaller engines, especially if the engine sees sustained high RPM's you might want to run it richer, but certainly no more so than 40:1. Regardless, decide what type, brand and ratio you want to use, then STICK WITH IT. Changing up while your trying to sort out your jetting and set up will add other variables to the equation and make getting things sorted out that much more difficult, if not damn near impossible.
Is idea of getting alloys in Honda Unicorn good, if yes then from where in delhi?
Keep in mind that at this point your silencer packing is probably soaked with oil so until you get that replaced or burned out, using the smoke and spooge visual method of sorting things out will also give you false signals.
