Problem with my Harley Gas Tank?

Anyone who is stupid enough to fit a top box to any motorcycle or scooter deserves what is coming. If you only use it to put your helmet in when you're not riding that is one thing, but people fill them up with shopping and all sorts of stuff and then wonder why the bike/scooter doesn't handle or even worse crashes. Any weight behind the back axle is bad news, but these things sit way out behind any safe limit and act like a pendulum. They should be banned.
