You haven't specified the conditions under which the vibrations are happening, so one can only speculate. I don't think you are driving more than 100Kmph where the faster airflow will cause imbalances and shaking of the fairing.

a. the fairing is not damped at the mounting points, which you can check by manually shaking the fairing at different points (just grab and shake!). Possible rubber bushing missing? Loose bolts? Missing washer under bolt head?

b. there must be something else on the chassis that must be vibrating like mad (you are only seeing it in an amplified form at the fairing). This would be a bigger worry

- rubber bushes / washers at the mounting points
- a few strategically placed gobs of tar (on the inside, of course) or small bags of sand (stuck with Araldite). Think how you can stop a drum or dhol stop vibrating by placing your hand on it
