I noticed that my 03' Yamaha Grizzly 660's spark arrestor was missing.Would not having a spark arrestor.......

What makes a motorcycle backfire?

Turn your pilot screw out 1/2 to 1&1/2 turns out and the back fire on decel will magicaly go away. Still not legal though.
