took off carbs and want to know the right hieght because last carb keeps rolling out with gas

Where is the best place to install a satellite radio antenna on a 2005 Kawasaki 1500 Classic FI?

--Float bowl off.
--Fuel turned on.
--Lift the floats by hand.
--Adjust the floats so the fuel stops flowing when the float arm is parallel with the carb/float bowl mating surface.
--If the fuel won't stop at all, change the needle & seat.
