plus, i 'm merely over 4'9 (150cm), any bikes for me?

If you do not know how to balance yourself on a bike how do you think you are going to balance yourself on a motorcycle that weighs a few hundred pounds and goes a lot faster.Anything is posible but I would think it would be easier to learn balance on a pedal bike rather than a motor cycle!

You can go with a 883 sportster or a 250 ninja they are low bikes and it is easy to learn to ride a bike when your feet are able to rest on the ground so find a bike that sits lowGo find a cheap used scooter..You wont spend a ton of money and you can get the feel for it..see if that is the way you want to go..But if you didn't know the bike while moving wants to stay vertical..they have classes most everywhere that will teach basics

Yes you can but you will need proper training in learning to ride. There is alot more to riding a motorcycle than a bicycle so even if you are the worlds greatest bicyclist, this does not mean you are going to be able to ride a motorcycle. unlike a bicycle, instead of slowing down while turning a corner, a motorcycle requires you to give more throttle to negotiate the turn but you will have to know when. You need to enroll in a motorcycle safety training course or get with a really experienced rider that can teach you to ride. I also recommend a smaller bike, no more than a 250, until you are experienced enough to ride. You don't have to learn to balance a bicycle first because a motorcycle is much heavier. Learn to ride a bicycle first, then advance to the motorcycle. Essentially a motorcycle is a large bicycle with a lot of power. If you can't balance a bicycle, I'd hate to think what would happen trying to learn balance on a motor vehicle.Yer! No prob's.
