Yea, that'd work for you. Have you ridden before? I'm 6'2 and weighed 275 when I had my GSXR750 and while I fit, it was a snug fit :) I dropped 75 lbs and the ride on the GSXR and on my Hayabusa is significantly better so your height and weight are pretty good. The problem might be the short wheelspan of the 750. I went to the Hayabusa because it has a longer wheelspan.

I have a Ninja Motorcycle and No Riding experience, how do I learn to Ride? Videos? What about Maintanance?

You might want to look into a used BMW or a Suzuki SV650 to start with. They are both twin cylinder engines, and will have more low-end torque. They are also very easy to ride, and will still top 100mph without any effort.
