250cc Engine rattle?

Question:
Hi, i have recently purchased a ZZR 250, 95 model with 18,000km on it. The bike is in good nic and runs well but i have noticed a rattle which appears to be coming more from the top end. I changed the oil and filter straight after purchase but this hasn't helped. Any ideas on what it could be or what i could try would be great! Thanks

hay, sounds like valves or cam chain. valve noise will usually go away after engine warms up, cam chain noise will not change with engine temps, take it and get it serviced soon lots of luck:)
