What is the powerband on a 1994 dr 250s?

can anyone tell me the powerband on a 1994 dr250s? i have flown through all gears and i am not feeling much. a friend told me that there wasnt one because it isnt a 6 speed but i told him there has to be.

A dr250 is a 4 stroke so it doesn't have a power band, only 2 strokes do. Nothing to do with how many gears it has.

there is on ALL 2 strokes. its waayyy up there... just start off slowly then slowly roll the throttle... it kicks in about 3/4 to full throttle. o yeah, and it dont matter how many gears it has, ur friend is WRONG.

DR 250 Suzuki's did not come from the factory with a power band. Wright Brothers sells them for $19.95 in most Street Bike magazines. They are easy to install. Just remove the spark plug and pour the Power Band into the spark plug hole. Make sure you use the DR 250 power band juice and not the DR 350 or DR400 due to this will require the use of Race gas and a Provincial Racing Trials Rider Permit. Just remember to hold on tight.
