Why are harleys still considered the Cadillac of motorcycles?
what pads or rotors? It's pretty easy just looking at it you should be able to figure it out, thats the nice thing about bikes. Pads depending on the bike you may need to remove the calipers and shake them on the discs to drive the pistons back a little pull pins holding pads replace pads then remount calipers use small squeezes on lever to push pads up to the rotors...done. Changing rotors will require removing the wheel take off rotor bolts replace rotor replace wheel on bike...done.can you put an cr80 cr85 motor on a xr80 frame?
if you doin the rotors make sure you use some thread lock on the carriers and caliper bolts. the hardest part will be removing the front wheel. if you do not have a stand make sure you use a torque wrench as well you dont want to tighten the axel too tight it will ruin your bearings there should be plenty of info on the web you should be able to search torque specs for your model as well as find some step by step stuffOn something like a Ducati 998, if you have to ask how to do it you probably shouldn't be messing with it. Especially having to do with the brakes. Pretty important stuff. If you can afford the bike you can afford to have a shop do it for you. Correctly. And it shouldn't cost much anyway. One hour labor/cost of pads should cover it.
