Most of the time, dependeing on how far behind you are, they will just sue you for money owed on a motorcycle or ATV, since these things are really hard to locate. They will be spending extra money to have the manpower searching for your bike, just cheaper to pay the cost of having you summoned to court. Again i emphasize this is in my area, NC. The finance company is not out to get you, or stick it to you. They really are willing to work something out with you nine times out of ten. They have to keep money going out and coming in to meet their quotas, trust me they will work with you. The worst thing you can do is hide the bike from them. Hope this helps a little!
